Messages, uploads and audio
When you use communication or upload features, we process the messages, photos, videos, audio recordings and documents you choose to send. Microphone and camera permissions support those features. You can control permissions in device settings. Content you send may be visible to the tutor, student or team member receiving it.

Service providers
We use hosting, media-delivery, communication and analytics services to operate Simple A. Firebase Cloud Messaging processes app-installation identifiers and device/app information for notifications. PostHog processes app-interaction events, technical information and account identifiers for analytics. Payment processors handle checkout and payment verification; Google Play processes Android in-app purchases. Providers process information needed for these functions. We do not ask you to send payment-card details in chat or support email.
Account deletion and retention
Request deletion of your Simple A account and associated personal data through our account-deletion page or by emailing support@simple-a.com. We verify account ownership before handling the request. Deactivating an account prevents access but does not automatically erase stored data.
We keep account and learning records to operate the service. Payment, accounting and security records may need to be retained for legal, fraud-prevention or dispute reasons. When handling a deletion request, support will explain any retained information, its purpose and applicable retention period.
